Bosch SPS53E08EU/30 típusú mosogatógép vezérlő panelon egy smd alkatrész, ami a regeneráló mágnesszelepet kapcsolja, kipurcant. A tokozása SOT223. Kódja: N9260. Elvileg STN9260 bipoláris, 600 V-os tranzisztor. (Nem tudom, miért nem triak kapcsolja.)
Beszerzési forrást itthol nem találtam, de helyettesítő típust sem. Persze lehet, hogy figyelmetlen voltam, vagy rossz helyen kerestem.
Szeretnék segítséget kérni, hogy mivel lehetne helyettesíteni, vagy honnan lehetne ilyet beszerezni?

Adott ez a mosógép, üresen működik a panel, berakva a gépbe, centrifugára kapcsolva leáll F23 as hibakoddal. Fütöbetét ki lett szedve és ugy tesztelve, de nem jó. Esetleg valami ötlet.

Van a szomszéd faluban egy ilyen masina, de ha ragasztott az üst, akkor nem hozatom el. Esetleg valaki csapágyazott már ilyent? Nem találtam doksit. Köszi
