Egy 39101-86G10 Bosch /Blaupunkt Suzuki Ignis autó CD-hez lenne szükségem NO CODE-os Dumpra, ha esetleg lenne valakinek.

Alkatrész beazonosításban kérnék segítséget - MEGOLDVA

Ötleteket kérnék, hogy mi lehet a következő alkatrész egy autórádióban:

+5V a bemeneti feszültség
Kimeneti feszültség ismeretlen, de talán 3V3
A feliratból annyi maradt hogy:   AM 
Tokozás:  SOT-89
A középső láb (forr fül) a kimenet !
A jobb oldali láb van +5V tápfeszen a bal oldali testen, a középső láb a kimenet.
Egy memória mellett van, ezért tippelek a 3V3 -ra !

Egy Pioneer DEH-1600UB autórádióba keresek PAL012A végfok IC-t. A régi csont zárlatos. A SINI-nél van, horror áron, az egész készülék nem ér annyit. Ha valakinek volna bontásból, vagy helyettesítőt tudna sokkal olcsóbban, megköszönném.
