Marvel 2k14 TV set (QV14.1) does not start up anymore.
Cure

AFFECTED: 
Marvel 2k14 sets, based on chassis QV14.1E LA.
INFO: 
The TV set does not start up anymore, no splash screen/BL and no LED.
Possible cause is bad soldering of the CPU and/or DRAM on the SSB. 

SOLUTION: 
Call Center: Transfer the affected TV set to Service Work Shop according local practice.
Work shop:
1. Check the TV set behaviour:
- Does the UART log show only one line “Bootstrap”?
- Does pressing on the SOC/DRAM area changes the behaviour?
2. If yes to question(s) in Step 1,
then resolder the Marvell SOC (Position U001T).
