Want to share: Have downloaded the schematics from this forum to help repair the amplifier of a friend. Turned out that Sony decided to route the earth through the chassis, even the earth between the various supplies. When one takes the main board out of the chassis and switches the amp on, there are up to 20 volts difference between the eart (and hence reference) of the pre-amps and the main amps. Luckily the amp goes into protection but from a design point of view it is not nice to rely on screws and aluminum face plates to conduct up to 0.2 amps of current from one supply to another. What I did is solder wires to every eart point and connected them on the main board to make it stand alone and not rely on conducting current through the chassis anymore. Bad design, simple repair but took some digging in the schematics to find out what exactly was going on!

Sziasztok, Van egy ilyen erősítőm, és az audio codec van elszállva benne, AK4527 a típusa AKM a gyártó, nincs valakinek ilyen IC bontottban elfekvőben! Nem találtam beszerzési forrást, a SINI-nél azt ígérték viszzahívnak, de nem történt meg!

Helosztok egy olyan problémém lenne a fent emlitet sima cd-s auto rádioval hogy nem olvassabe pörögni pörög a lemez ami a fejet hoza kibe ránézésre az is müködik. mit nézek meg? egy darabig probálkozik a rádo utána eroral ki adja a lemezt. Köszi!

a mini HIFI bekapcsolt állapotában a jobb hanszóró búg. A bal oldalin egyáltalán nem hallható búgás.

Nem túl nagy hangerővel, de ha az ember 10-20cm-re ül akkor hallható. 
Pár méter távolságból gyakorlatilag észrevehetlen. Hangja transzformátorra jellemző hangra hasonlit. Fülre nem tudom megállapítani a frekvenciát,50 vagy 100Hz-re saccolom.
A kimeneten gyakorlatilag DMM-el nem mérhető AC vagy DC jel.

Scoppal "CSATL-bal.jpg", "CSATL-jobb.jpg" jelalakok láthatóak. Látszik, hogy a jobb oldali részen tüskék vannak.
Az STK4142II-táp kondenzátorain a "C.jpg", "C egyutt.jpg" jelalakok láthatók (sárga NEG táp). DC szinten nem látok eltérést, AC ban is csekély.

Különbséget akkor látok, ha kikapcsolom a készüléket "C egyutt OFF.jpg", itt jol látható, hogy a negativ tápfesz ripple-je jóval nagyobb.
Ha a hálózati dugót kihuzom, akkor a negativ tápellátáson lévő kondenzátor sokkal gyorsabban merül, mint a pozitiv oldalé "C discharges.jpg"

Véleményem szerint a negativ tápszürést végző kondit cserélni kellene. Nem igazán értem, hogy a bal oldali csatornán ez miért nem okoz gondot..

Elképzelhető, hogy ez a probléma, vagy valakinek van más tapasztalat/ötlete mielőtt kicserélem mindkét kondit?
