Want to share: Have downloaded the schematics from this forum to help repair the amplifier of a friend. Turned out that Sony decided to route the earth through the chassis, even the earth between the various supplies. When one takes the main board out of the chassis and switches the amp on, there are up to 20 volts difference between the eart (and hence reference) of the pre-amps and the main amps. Luckily the amp goes into protection but from a design point of view it is not nice to rely on screws and aluminum face plates to conduct up to 0.2 amps of current from one supply to another. What I did is solder wires to every eart point and connected them on the main board to make it stand alone and not rely on conducting current through the chassis anymore. Bad design, simple repair but took some digging in the schematics to find out what exactly was going on!

Üdv Mesterek! Kaptam egy sony mini hifit, "azt csinálok vele amit akarok". Megvan minden egysége(cd, tuner,)csak valamiért a főegységét ( MHC-2800) valaki "bontotta".Hiányzik a fedél, az összes kábel és a hátfal.Javítási nyomok nem látszanak.Szeretnék segítséget kérni, hátha valahol van egy hibás készülék, vagy hasonló kábelek, amivel össze tudnám kötni Rajzot találtam a tanyán,végül is "szálanként" is összeköthető, de nagyon macerás. Sziasztok! Annyi lenne a kérdésem hogy van egy Sony távirányító RM-X 111 típus,Sony autórádióhoz,na most amihez meg szeretnék venni ahhoz RM-X 113 volt való gyárilag,a két táv majdnem megegyezik,kérdésem hogy a két táv kompatibilis e,az azonos funkciókban. Köszönöm.

Sziasztok! Meg kellene csinálnom egy ilyen erősítőt. A jobb oldalán a két végtranyó zárlatos. Eredeti nincs, így próbáltam helyettesítőt keresni, találtam is, de a lábkiosztás más. Azokat átdrótozom. Teljesen biztos vagyok benne, remélem jó gondolom, hogy újra be kell állítani! Van is benne két poti, dc-balance, dc bias. A kérdésem, hogyan végezzem a beállítást? A menetét le tudnátok írni?
