Javítanék egy TOYOTA CQ-XS0570 tip.autós Cd-t amiben optikát kellene cserélnem, viszont az eredetin a világon semmi jelzést nem látok.Tudna valaki ebben segíteni? Mi lehet a típusa?
A STDBY-LED a bekapcsolás kb. 3 mp után kialszik.A STDBY-LED-R bekapcsolás után a 0 V feszültség ugyan annyi idő alatt 3,3 V ra ugrik, akkor a Q623 RT1P441C-TP-1 led drive nem tud működni. Az EVER+3.3V és az EVER 4V mindig mérhető. A készülék szervíz kézikönyve elérhető a Fórum oldalain.
I found that VC1 0n IC11 is missing. After checking I found C25(330u 35V) s/c i.e. defect. The problem solved.

egyik napról a másikra a fenti lemezjátszóm elkezdett lassan futni, és nyávog is. 33 és 45-ös fordulaton is, 78-at nem tudtam tesztelni :)
a kártyák szemre jól néznek ki, 10 éve át lett kondizva mikor hozzám került, púpos, nyílt, folyt kondi nincsen. minden egyéb funkció jól működik.
valami központi probléma lesz, csak nem vagyok biztos benne, hogy hol kezdjek hozzá. multiméterem, szkópom, ESR mérőm van. a service manual itt is elérhető.
köszönöm a segítséget előre is!

Hozzám jutott a fent nevezett erősítő,"valaki már próbálkozott a javításával"aminek az egyik csatornája clip leddel kelzi hogy valaki nem van jól benne.
Ebből következően a protect led sem hajlandó nyugdijba menni.
Ha leválasztom a hibás csatornát természetesen a jó oldal teszi a dolgát.
Amit eddig elkövettem: összes félvezető kiforrasztva átmérve jó, ellenállások kapcsolási rajz szerinti értékűek, kondenzátorok mérve jónak tünnek mégis stabil 1-3 volt dc jelenik meg a kimeneten ahogy a munkapontot próbálnám állítani a protect ledet kioltom 1 volt körül de hang nem hagyja el a véget akkor sem. Mit nézhettem be? Nem ma kezdtem erősítőket építeni javítani csak 6-8 éve nem is nyúltam hasonlóhoz így nagyon kiestem ezekből, tanácstalan vagyok. Remélem valaki tud valami támpontot adni.
