Have downloaded the schematics from this forum to help repair the amplifier of a friend.
Turned out that Sony decided to route the earth through the chassis, even the earth between the various supplies.
When one takes the main board out of the chassis and switches the amp on, there are up to 20 volts difference between the eart (and hence reference) of the pre-amps and the main amps.
Luckily the amp goes into protection but from a design point of view it is not nice to rely on screws and aluminum face plates to conduct up to 0.2 amps of current from one supply to another.
What I did is solder wires to every eart point and connected them on the main board to make it stand alone and not rely on conducting current through the chassis anymore.
Bad design, simple repair but took some digging in the schematics to find out what exactly was going on!

Ez az autórádió avval a hibával került hozzám, hogy áram alá helyezve magától bekapcsol. A kijelzőn a LOAD felírat megjelenik, és kikapcsol. Ezek után semmi gombra nem reagál, újabb áramtalanítás és a helyzet ugyanez, vagy a reset gombot megnyomva is ez lesz. Mi lehet a hiba? A proci ki tud így kattanni, mert a CD-rész kivételekor is ezt csinálja?

A tárgybeli kazettás magnómat szeretném felújítani ( pár éve porosodik a polcon).
Potencióméterek, kapcsolók sercegnek, egyik antennának hiányzik a vége, a magnó része meg se mukkant.
Szétszerelés után kiderült, hogy a szíjak nem teljesen szilárd halmazállapotban vannak :-)
A szervízkönyvét letöltöttem a tanyáról, abban csak lapos meg négyszögletes szíj került említésre,
de némi netes kutakodás után kiderültek a méretek is.
A gyári lapos szélessége 3,2 mm, ( Ø 73) a négyszögletűé meg 1,2 mm ( Ø 56),
ezzel szemben csak 2,8 mm szélességű lapost valamint 1,8 mm-es négyszögletűt találtam.
Ez okozhat gondot a működésben ?

Szép napot mindenkinek.
Van nálam egy Pioneer A80 erösitö a végfokpanelon van két tranzisztor ami meg van szakadva Q101 2SA985 Q102 2SC2275.Milyen DB.. tranzisztorral helyettesítem.Van egy jópár DB tipusu tranzisztorom.
