Hi. Our washing machine is not draining water. Took pump off and pipe work all clean. 240 Feed goes to pump but no run. When a seperate flying lead 240v lead is attached to pump it runs but not off the machines plug. Feed seems to disappear pump momentarily trys to turn then stops is this the pcb board as took that out too some area was blackened but no major damage cant find cause any idea? Install everything in place, check the drain hose for blockage, where is the drain hose connected? Is the water drain made according to the manufacturer's instructions? Remove the hose from the sewer and try to drain water into a container of at least 15 liters. Check how it works on rinses, that is, without heating.

What uv stated has been checked and is ok. It seems pcb issue as feed is there on plug to pump but disppears when connected to pump possible pump drain circuit on pcb board
