Milyen méréssel lehet ellenőrizni a színes képcső fűtő feszültségét megbízhatóan?

Ennek a kis tvnek szakadozott a tác ic, BL2710N. A fórumon megtaláltam a helyettesítő áramkört, megépítve és tesztelve nagyon melegszik, 3-4 óra után 100 fok körül van, az alkatrészek LM7812, TIP140, 10R 8W. A bemenet 16-17V a kimenet 10.8V. Ennek nem hiszem hogy ez lenne az üzemi hőfoka? Valamit kihagytam volna?

A képen látható hibát produkálja, két függőleges csík van :(
Kijelző szerintetek? Javítható???

Csak egy kérdésecske lenne:
Egy ismerősöm a minap vásárolt egy fent említett típusú LCD TV-t.
A készülék új, garanciális.
Bekapcsolás után néhány órával egyszerűen kikapcsol.
Újra bekapcsolva ismét megy több órát és ismét kikapcsol.
Voltam ma ott, megnéztem.
Elviekben minden rendben van vele.
Volt beállítva valami készülék védelem (de nem biztos, hogy jól emlékszem az elnevezésre) 2 órára, ezt kikapcsoltam.
Sajnos a gazdája nem figyelte meg milyen időközönként kapcsol ki.
Most újra járatódik, aztán meglátjuk....
Szóval, lehet ilyen jelenség, hogy időnként kikapcsol?
Jan.8.-ig kicserélhető ha esetleg hibás.
Mit kellene megnézni, lehet ilyen hibája?
