A címbeli tv-ben (amúgy Samsung bélés) szétrobbant az 5L0365R power switch ic. 
A táppanel száma: V4C  REV. 0.12
Az ic pozíciószáma: IC561
Továbbá zárlatos lett az ic táplábain lévő ZD565 pozíciójú zener dióda, aminek nem tudom az értékét.
A kis üvegcsöves diódán a felirat: BE vagy EB
Kérdésem, hogy milyen feszültségű lehet a dióda, illetve hol szerezhető be lehetőleg itthon az ic?

Sziasztok A címben szereplő lg,igen csak megtréfál. A tv üzemel,de a kép alsó harmadában egy kb 5cm vastag vízszintes torz kép van/mintha linearitás hiba lenne,de az 5 centis sáv teteje vékony fekete csíkokkal tarkított/ a sávot leszámítva a kép tökéletes.Amit eddig tettem:tda4863aj csere,1000uf tápfesz szűrők,és a képeltérítő elkok tápfeszek /-14,+14/ rendben,szekunder köri elkók mérve cserélve,hiba továbbra is fenn áll!Segítségeteket kérem ,előre is köszönöm!

Samsung KS1A magas tápfeszültség (megoldva)
Helló! A táp ic-t és a syst előállító diádát, valamint az összes zenert cseréltem a készülékben. Átmértem az ellenállásokat és a trafót is kicseréltem, de nem megy 145 V alá. Elképzelhető, hogy az ic lenne hibás? Üdv.: Ízirájder No2 a hibát a tápic okozta. Találtam egy bontottak és azzal egyből jó is lett. Azért hangvégfok is kilehelte a lekét.
