Szeretett NDK Uni11e multiméteremben feladta a harcot ez a szovjet félvezető. Ha minden igaz, ez két N csatornás FET egy TO-39 tokban. Az ebayos eladó szerint ez a 2n2844 megfelelője, de túl sokra nem mentem ezzel a megfeleltetéssel. :-( Szerintetek mivel lehetne ezt pótolni?

A fent nevezett oszcilloszkópom hálózati trafója az imént munka közben megszakadt (primer). Első körben kérdezlek titeket, hogy nincs-e valakinek ilyen hibás, vagy bontott gépe amiben jó a trafó. Így gyorsabb lenne mint a tekercselés.

van egy multiméterem és véletlenűl megmértem egy feltöltött kondit azon percen megvakult lehet még valamit kezdeni vele vagy kidobjam?
