Samsung SPF-87H fényképkeret kijelző hiba

Üdv Mindenkinek! Egy Samsung SPF-87H típusú képkerethez kellene egy kis segítség. A probléma az, hogy nincs kép rajta, viszont megtaláltam, hogy az USB +5V-ja föld zárlatban van. A zárlatot pedig a D401-es smd alkatrész okozza, amire csak ennyi van írva 63 5 vagy S. Ha valaki tudna küldeni egy rajzot esetleg meg tudná mondani mi lehet ez az alkatrész nagyon hálás lennék.
