Sziasztok! Segítségeteket kérném.van itt egy régi panel amiről nem tudom milyen célra gyártották valamikor.Ki próbáltam,tápfeszt adva fülhalgatóval alapzaj,sistergés hallható.A mellékelt fotón szerintem minden látható ami lényeges ,a kvarcok a következők:10,245 Mhz,és 45,135 Mhz.Várom hozzászólásaitokat ,mire használható? Egyik barátom hozott egy Opel motorvezérlő panelt. Van rajta egy 15 lábú IC, nem tudom milyen okból kifolyólag egyik láb leszakadt, illetve a IC testje is sérült. Az IC-re ennyi van írva 34992 466 316A3. Töltöttem fel 2 képet hátha valaki már találkozott ilyennel.
Mi lehet a fenti IC?

Csak,hogy nehogy más is pórul járjon:Kínából rendelt 20db. FGA25N120ANTD típusú IGBT-ből hiányzik a védődióda,valószínűleg ez a típus az AN-re végződő változat amibe gyárilag nincs de a tokon az ANTD szerepel.Eddig úgy tűnik más baja nincs(terhelést,feszültséget bírja inverteres hegesztőben)

Egy ismerősöm kért meg hogy régi suzuki altó-ba szakaszos ablaktörlést szerkesszek. Ebben a autóban csak 3 állás van Ki, lassú gyors. Ehhez keresnék kis elektronikát és főleg bekötési tanácsot. No nem okozna gondot időzítőt készítenem, de gondolom itt kell másra is figyelni és e miatt bizonytalan vagyok pár dologban.
