Üdvözlet mesterek. Lehet hogy már panaszkodtam nektek is ,újra megteszem. Van ill. volt egy öreg ( mint én) hp ScanJet 5200C scannerem. Úgy kaptam. Úgy-ahogy működött.Majd elkezdett egyre rosszabb képet csinálni. Elmozdúl a lencséje amit képtelen vagyok helyre állítani. Ha valakinél megfordúlna vagy kidobásra kerülne ilyen gép pici pénzért gondoljon rám. Megkisérelnék a kettőből valamit kihozni.Igy nemtudok feltöteni vagy másoknak segíteni. Adott egy delta dps-200pb-185 táp. Ez 48V meg 12V tápfeszt tudó táp. Sajnos egy gyári hibából rosszul levágott ellenállás lábnál tett egy ívet pár év után.. és nincs olyan teljesítmény félvezető, ami nem lenne zárlatos...
Van egy álló öcsi panel benne, sok sok smd vacakkal, de sok smd tranzisztor kalapot emelt, nem tudom, mi lehetett...
Akár egy nagyfelbontású kép is segítene.. talán... amin látszanak az smd típusok..

Van nálam egy kici kínai led-driver modul. A rákötött lámpa villog (másodpercenként egyszer felvillan). Az IC benne egy 6 lábú sot23-as tok, 0H=205 felirat.
Lábkiosztás:
1 = GND
2 = VCC
3 = OUT
4 = FB
5 = ? a trafó VCC-t előállító tekercsére van kötve 68k-val
6 = ? egy kis kondenzátor van a föld felé
Az FB-re a trafót meghajtó fet Source-on GND felé levő 0,5 Ohm ellenállás van rákötve, tehát a FET áramára szabályoz. Szekunderről nincs semmi visszacsatolás, csak dióda és kondenzátor.
A FET benne HM7N65F

Így nézett ki, kiöntve szürke valamivel, amit sikerült lepucolni.
