Sziasztok!A mellékelt MOSFET teszterrel bemérhető az IGBT?A kapcsolást egy kedves kollégánk rajza alapján mellékelem.A készüléket megépítettem.A gyakorlatban jól vizsgázott.Egy mosógép panel javításánál a táp.-ban lévő MOSFET bemérhető volt vele.A MOSFET zárlatos volt.Kicseréltem.A mosógép "meggyógyult."Másik kérdésem,az,hogy,ha mérhető vele,akkor a NYÁK-ba beforrasztott alkatrész is mérhető-e vele?Az emlegetett MOSFET ki volt forrasztva a NYÁK-ból amikor bemértem.Most megpróbáltam a GB6B60KD-t (NYÁK-ba forrasztva)megmérni vele.Ez egy mosógép panelben van.A hajtás háromfázisú.A villanymotor tekercsei deltába vannak kötve.A GB6B60KD vizsgálatánál,a teszter bekapcsolása után, a bekapcsolt állapotot jelző LED világított,majd fokozatosan csökkenő fénnyel kialudt.A bekapcsolás sem,sikerült,a kikapcsolás sem,sikerült.Vajon nem jó erre a célra a műszer?Vagy áramkörön belül nem használható?Nem szívesen forrasztanám ki az alkatrészeket,mert egy jó panelt mérek.A műszert szeretném,erre a célra kipróbálni!Vagy vegyek a "bótba" egy "Isten bizony jó" IGBT-t és azzal kísérletezzek?
