a fenti tv-t meglátogatta a villám.
a táp panelje nem működik,a feliratok alapján próbáltam beazonosítani,de nemigen jártam sikerrel...

Elkezdtem méregetni a panelben és a 24 v-os részen már találtam zárlatos alkatrészeket.

A távin: TM75, AA64-03542A, CG338-1

Valakinél már volt javításon, de nem tudta megjavítani..
Stby tápja jó (3,3V) ez azonnal adja a PW-ON jelet (3,3V) de nem indul be a fő táp (24V).
Külön 24V tápegységemmet ráraktam akkor működik a TV, így mainboard hibát kizártam.
Az előző "szervízes" cserélte szekunder oldalon Q204 (npn), meg lehet hogy kivette primerbe R234 (10k) ami a Q101 lábaira megy.
Amiket én cseréltem:
primerben Q101 szétpukkanva (smd mosfet 2N7002), R234 (rajz szerint kell bele).
szekunder oldalon Q202 (npn) zárlatos, Q203 (pnp) zárlatos.
Vettem már új IC-t is U101 (FAN6754), raktam TL431(U102) -et is TO-92 est smd helyére.
24V helyén megjelenik egy pillanatra 3,6V a TL431(U102) kiad 2,5V-ot , optokopler (PC1) szekunder oldalán 1.2V lesz, de a primer oldalon mindkét lábán 0V marad (pin3, pin4).
Primeren a FAN6754 FB lábán (pin2) 0,2V van és kb 2-5V kellene hogy legyen, ez szerintem azért nem tórténik meg mert a Q101 (smd 702) mosfet GND-re behuzva van, mert a a PC3 optokopler vezetésbe lép de vezetnie is kell, nem értem hogyan működhet ez egyáltalán..
FAN 6754 lábain mérve:
tápja pin7 19V jó,
pin4 HV 84V szerintem ez is jó.,
pin5 oscilátor 0,7-1V jó
Táp panel jele: 40-P081C0-PWD1XG
Hogyan tudnák FB lábra 2-5V-ot teremteni?
Táprajz a rendezetlenek közt jelenleg..

Sziasztok!
Került hozzám a felvezetőben említett készülék amelynél a kép erősen brummos. Elkókat átmérve kapacitásmérővel jónak tűnnek, szemre a sasszin látható hiba nincs. Itt leakadtam. Jól jönne egy segítő lökés, mert már lefáradtam.
