Jelenség: a kék LED villog, nem indítható.Visszaolvasva firmware frissítést javasolnak.

Adott ez a CTV 5131. A tulaj elmondása szerint nagyon nehezen indul be. Nálam már indul, csak kicsit lassabban. A készenléti leden látszik, hogy többszörre éled fel a táp. Kondikat cseréltem a tápban a szekunder oldali 100KOhmot mértem az pontos. Így utólag belegondolva a TL 431-et kellene még kicserélnem.
