Üdv Tanyalakók!
Segítséget szeretnék kérni a fent nevezett masina javításához. A problémám az vele, hogy a magenta szín 2mm-el el van csúszva felfelé. Az összes kellék eredeti HP, nem töltött, nem felújított. Tettem fel dokumentumot a probléma szemléltetésére!

Van egyik ügyfelemnek HP color laserjet CP2025n nyomtatója ami tökéletes lenne nem is ment sokat de a színes nyomatok szellemképesek mivel kb 1mm elvannak csúszva egymáshoz képest a színek. Ezt a diagnosztikai oldalon jól látni. Alapbeállítás vissza nem segített, szín kalibrálás nem segít tonercsere nem segít. Sajnos a beigazítás menü csak a papíron való nyomat helyzetét állítja. Mi csinálhat ilyen hibát? Vagy mivel orvosolható? Más HP színeseknél az alapbeállítás szokta ezt orvosolni.

Egy HP 7660 táp került a kezem közé javításra. A táp vezérlő IC-n DAP08 típusjelzés van amely nem működik. Tud valaki segíteni hol lehet ilyet beszerezni? Ha IC-t nem találok komplett táp is érdekelne. 32V 700mA és 16V 620mA-t tud a táp.
