Szeretett NDK Uni11e multiméteremben feladta a harcot ez a szovjet félvezető. Ha minden igaz, ez két N csatornás FET egy TO-39 tokban. Az ebayos eladó szerint ez a 2n2844 megfelelője, de túl sokra nem mentem ezzel a megfeleltetéssel. :-( Szerintetek mivel lehetne ezt pótolni?

EMG 1556 szkóp nagyfesz oszcillátorának a menetszámaira lennék kíváncsi, mert újra kellene tekernem. Mivel be van öntve ez a dög, nem tudom leszámolni! Főleg a primer érdekelne!

Minap kezem közé akadt egy szétszedett DT9205A műszer. Sajnos a tárcsán lévő érintkezők némelyike leesett. Kérésem az lenne tisztelt fórumtársaimhoz, hogy ha esetleg lenne valakinek és megtenné, hogy szétszedné és be tudná nekem fényképezni a tárcsán elhelyezkedő érintkezők pozícióját. Köszönöm.
