Szeretett NDK Uni11e multiméteremben feladta a harcot ez a szovjet félvezető. Ha minden igaz, ez két N csatornás FET egy TO-39 tokban. Az ebayos eladó szerint ez a 2n2844 megfelelője, de túl sokra nem mentem ezzel a megfeleltetéssel. :-( Szerintetek mivel lehetne ezt pótolni?

Tudja valaki esetleg hogy hol lehetne venni dupla tengelyes potikat mint ami a képen van? (position, volts/cm) Vagy valami hasonlót. Átnéztem már egy csomó elektronikai webáruházat, de sehol nem találok.

Szert tettem egy Normameter GW műszerre. A mutatója el volt törve, azt sikerült kicserélni, de akad. Azt szeretném megtudni mivel lehetne letisztítani a mágnest.
