Lenne két javítandó készülék nálam a fent nevezett típusból. Találkozott már valaki ilyennel? Első körben egy kapcsolási rajzot szeretnék hozzá szerezni, amennyiben nem megy, és van ebben jártas ember, megkérném, hogy segítsen behatárolni a hibát.
Hibajalenség 1:
Bekapcsolva a kijelzőn 6.6. jelenik meg, majd pár tíz mp múlva nagyon halvány lesz a kijelző, forró a vezérlés 5V-os stab IC-je.
Igazából az is kérdés, hogy ezek mennyire javíthatóak, mert két mikrocontroller is van benne...Godolom célszerű ezeket először valahogy leellenőrizni, mert ha meghibásodtak, akkor veszett fejsze nyele...Hogy lehet ezt megtenni?
Hello! A gazdája elmondása szerint, használat közben egyszer csak leverte a kismegszakítót. Kiderült zárlatos lett a G4PC40K igbt, tettem bele probaképp FGH30S130 at, ez volt itthon. Más hibás alkatrészt nem találtam, kondik ellenállások mind jók mérések alapján. Most azt csinálja indítás után megpörgeti leállítja a motort, ezt párszor eljátsza és leáll. Forgás érzékelő szkoppal nézve jó. Panelról rajzot nem találtam pont erről a típusról (mc2100els-18w). Motort is szétszedtem kitakarítottam, kefék jók. 12v ról szépen megy de ez nem azt jelenti hogy jó, lehet menetzárlatos is.
