egy Asus F3 -szériás alaplapon a következő Mosfet tranzisztor tönkre ment.
SI4835DDY-T1-E3 Tranzisztor:egysarkú,P-MOSFET; -30V; -13A; 5,6W; SO8
Van valakinek esetleg elfekvőben ilyenje? Esetleg milyen típussal lehet őt helyettesíteni?
Farnell -n találtam egyet, de nem vagyok biztos, hogy jó lenne e helyette..

Segitseg kellene az adott műholdal beltérihez.Egy áramszünet után a beltéri egyszerű nem hajlandó a bekapcsolást követően boot-olni.Egy snad-bz üzembe megy.Megkiséreltem már rs232-ön keresztül nullmdem kábelel frisssiteni a loader-t de nem kommunikál.Esetleg valami tipp?Köszönöm előre is tanácsokat

Sziasztok!
Egy zárlatos kapcsolóüzemű tápegységben található dióda beazonosításában kérnék segítséget. A dióda a PWM vezérlő IC tápfesz lába és a nagyfesz puffer kondi lába között van. Részleges jelölés látható rajta 18PH felirattal. Ez a kód vége az első néhány szám lekopott.
