Honnan lehet beszerzni a fenti erősítő SVI4003 tipusú végerősítő IC-t? Esetleg mivel lehetne helyettesíteni?

Hi All,
I have a Rotel RA-980BX amp with a blown channel. I have sourced most of the transistors, but am struggling to find the other 4.
Part numbers as follow:
2SC3478
2SC4381
2SA1376
2SA1667
What would be suggested equivalents / suitable replacements?
Also, some advice, I suspect the bias pot to be bad. Based on the circuit, would you think that the bad bias pot would cause the drivers and outputs to blow? Any suggestion on modification to prevent this re-occurring?

Van egy a címben említett házimozi erősítőm ami nem kapcsol be.
Sok fórumtémában írták a betáp utáni kondit, ezt cseréltem valóban hibás volt, 5,8nF volt 22nF helyett. Nem hozott megoldást.
Ellenállások értékei jók, a T651 trafón a bemeneten kb 20 volt AC-t mérek, ha rövidrezárom a Q654-et akkor 0V-ot. D659-et kimérve jónak láttam.
Valakinek ötlete, hogy merre menjek tovább?
Megoldás: PRY fesz csak 2sec-re volt meg, utána tiltott a processzor. Ez a 2 sec is kellett volna ó, hogy kapcsolja a relét, nem kapcsolta. Q652 tranyó volt a hibás.

Vettem több darab mp3-fub 35-öt. A gyári cd vel nemcsinál semmit a szoftverét kéne frisiteni.szétkaptam 1 mp3-ast (sigmatel stfm 1000 proci vanbenne.Ehez hol lehet találni szovtvertamivel meglehet csinálni a firmware frissitést?Elöre is köszönöma segitséget.üdv Csaba
