Egy Eaton 5S500i szünetmentes táp javításában kérném a tapasztaltabb kollégák segítségét.
Valószínű túlterhelés következtében két MOSFET tranzisztor eldurrant az említett eszközben. Sajnos semmilyen szerviz dokumentációval nem rendelkezem és a neten sem találtam semmi használhatót. A képeken látható Q13 és Q19 pozícióban levő tranzisztorok típusa érdekelne, illetve valami egyéb alkatrész is meghibásodhatott-e a tranzisztorok következtében. A méréseim során én nem bukkantam más sérült alkatrészre, a táp egyébként bekapcsol, csak az előlapon levő piros felkiáltójel figyelmeztet, hogy valami gond van. A másik ágon levő Q15 és Q20-as tranzisztorok típusa M3016P.
