Sziasztok!
Szokásom szerint külső, áramkorlátozott tápegységről javítottam egy névlegesen 50 VA kimeneti teljesítményű hangfrekvenciás végfokot.
A javítás végeztével teszteltem, mértem többek között a maximális kimeneti teljesítményét műterhelésre.
Mindezt még a külső tápegységgel, melynek az áramkorlátja mindkét tápfeszültség esetén a maximális 2,2 A-ra volt állítva.
A maximális kimeneti teljesítmény értéke frekvenciafüggő volt.
1 KHz-en nagyobbra adódott, mint mondjuk 60 Hz-en.
1 KHz-en a tápegység áramkorlát LED-je nem jelzett, 60 Hz-en viszont igen.
Ez elgondolkodtatott és kis mértékben megváltoztatta a jövőben követendő mérési eljárásaimat.

A fent nevezett erősítőben zárlatos lett pár db dióda ,ami oa90 germánium.(d308,d302)
Kérdésem az lenne hogy mivel válthatnám ki? Pl 4148?

Kedves Kollégák!
Hobby szinten évtizedek óta építgetek, javítgatok erősítőket. Néha kicsit sokallom az alkatrészárakat.
Jelenleg egy friss szerzeményembe 6 pár 2SA1492-2SC3856-ot kell pótolnom. A Sininél darabja 1070+Áfa-kedvezmény. (180V, 15A, 130W)
Gyakran használom (oda ahová magasságban elfér...) a 2SA1302-2SC3281 párt (950+Áfa-kedvezmény)(200V, 15A, 150W), de amikor ilyen sokat kell pótolni, akkor -hobby célra - ezt is drágállom...
Kérdésem, hogy Ti mit használtok nagy tranzisztornak??? Tudtok-e valami olcsó típust, vagy olcsó beszerzést hasonló paraméterekkel és tokozással???
Üdv mindenkinek. Szerintetek mivel lehetne helyettesiteni a c8550-es tranyót?
