Tiszteletem a kollégáknak!

Egy igen érdekes hibával került hozzám a következő led tv:
 VOX  Led 32T2880
Main: 17MB95 R3
Panel: VES315WNVL-01-B
Táp: 17IPS19-5

Miután táp alá helyezem, a következő hibakódot írja ki, majd újraindul a végtelenségig míg ki nem húzom a hálozatból:

Dcf error! Sistem reboot.....

Próbáltam újraírni a SPI flasht, de hiába, a hiba megmaradt. Ha van valakinek ötlete, kérem írjon a fórumra. Köszönöm előre is, és mindenkinek további szép napot kívánok.

Hello everybody,

I could determine or measure the following with the device:

Device does not start anymore, stand-by LED lights red when device is plugged in and flashes red as soon as an IR command (key press) is sent via the remote control. Voltages of power supply STB 5V and signal LCD_TV_SUB_ON come from A-board. Power supply starts, supplies P15V and SUB1.1V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 3.3V, 5V, HDMI3.3V and USB5V are generated on the A-Board (stand for about 2.5 seconds). Then signal LCD_TV_SUB_ON goes low (voltages go away to STB 5V) and after about 2 seconds back to high (endless). What is missing is the voltage PNL12V which is switched on by PANEL_VCC_ON2. PANEL_VCC_ON2 always has a low signal and does not change its state. Power supply also provides for the 2.5 seconds the 24V for the backlight. Clocking of LCD_TV_SUB_ON starts immediately after plugging in the mains plug (also without IR command). SOS error code is not output. The over-voltage circuit in IC 5000 pin 7 also does not respond. Attached is the timing diagram from the technical training of Panasonic where I have drawn until when the boot process behaves normally.

In my opinion a mistake on the A-board? Does anyone have a tip?

Sziasztok! A címben említett tv-vel van egy lamp error-os hibám. LED hátteres a tv, persze "okos" táppal, van a táppanelen egy cpld-s modul ami beszélget I2C-n a main-el. A TV-t betudom kapcsolni vol- ch- lenyomva majd power on. Bekapcsol szépen, kép van is csak a háttér nem jön meg. Hiányzik a 140Vos LED táp, amit persze ez a CPLD engedélyez optón keresztül. Szerintetek hogyan lehetne rávenni a CPLD-t ,hogy kapcsolja fel a BL_ON szignált? és engedélyezze a LED tápot? Még arra tudok gondolni, hogy van egy hiba számláló ami ha betelik utána nem engedélyezi, a háttér bekapcsolását. (korábban már volt baj a tv-vel állítólag hol ment hol nem... ezért gondolom h a számláló nem 0) Ezt a számlálót service menüből lehetne is nullázni de a vol- + input + power-el nem tudom beindítani a tv-t így nem tudok belépni a szerviz menübe. Általában van tápokon az háttér vezérlésénél egy dim és egy error láb, az error lábat ki húzkodja? a main vagy a táp? ki ad infót kinek? (egyébként ez az error vonal alacsony, és gyanítom hogy alacsony szintre aktív logika van benne) Van valami ötletetek? Szoftver frissítést nem tudok csinálni a legfrissebb szoftver van rajta. (azt mondja legalábbis a tv) (Korrekt kapcsolási rajzot nem találtam csak hasonlót. a 32le600e-nak a szerviz doksijában van némi rajz de elég vázlatos, és néhol ellentmondásos, jel direkciókat tekintve. :) ) Előre is köszönöm az ötleteket.

Hello to everyone, i have a problem with this Sony LCD Sony KDL-37W5500 Chassis EX2L MAINBOARD: 1-878-942-22 PANEL: T370HW02 Audio Amp: TAS5602 Sound System: CXA3785R-T6 main CPU: EMMA3 (under heat sink should be MB91F313APMC-GE1) Power Supply: G4, 3H267W, PSC10270F When i try to turn it on it clicks relay, blinks 1x Green Led, then it shuts down and blinks 8x Red Led. Looking at service manual it should be an Audio Error. When i try to enter Self Diagnostic Menu it just wont light up the screen. I do the sequence "I+" "5" "V-" "Power" and it powers up regularly-fault 1xgreen 8x red, black screen. From power supply i get all the voltages, except that 15V is 17.4V constant, but at the moment of powering it overshoots at 24V briefly. Also i don't get D3.3V voltage. I have 12V on regulator BD9540EFV, but enable pins 3 and 12 are held too low on 1.6V, and it need at least 2.2V to enable output, so i dont have 3.3V, only 0,7V. DVDD 3.3v is logic supply, so i dont get how CPU gets logic levels from ICs for error when there is no Logic Supply... When i measure the power for audio amplifier TAS5602DCAR it should be 13V i suppose, but it gets 17.4V, from the CON1300 pins 4 and 5. It is ok for that IC, it works on voltages until 30V, but I worry if that does not affect some other processes. Fault signal from audio amp TAS5602DCAR is on PIN19 and it is 3.3V that is HIGH and it suggests Normal Operation. On sound system IC CXA3785R-T6 pin44 the VFAULT signal is LOW 0.7V, that is too normal operation. But on audio amp pin18 TAS5602DCAR RESET is held in LOW and it does not go to HIGH to get out of the reset mode. That pin is controlled by main CPU signal X_SP_Mute. On sound system IC CXA3785R-T6 pin43 X_Protect output is LOW 0.4V that means ERROR. In datasheet it says X_PROTECTOUT outputs “L” when input voltage (SPxP/N) become under 3.0V. That is on pins 61-62 and 63-64, and if I understand right it needs to have 3+ V DC to output High Normal signal? Isnt that a bit too high to have on speakers? I measure 0V DC there, and 25mV AC. Also i can not find anywhere schematics for PSU board PSC10270F(3H267W), i need it because i think that this 15V should be around 15V not 17,4V. I did find zener diode that i think acts as a stabilizator and it measures ok, but i would replace it if i knew the markings that can not be read. All google stuff is from my posts so google wont help :) What do you think can be the main problem and solution for this ? I exclude replacing whole board I have and Audio Amp IC coming soon to replace, but i think that wont help. p.s. If anyone wants i can upload all pdfs that i have, ex2l SM, datasheets for audio ICs, datasheet for 3,3V regulator ect...
