Hi guys,
I've obtained bare Wavetek 1175 Benchmark scalar analyzer without any probe and manual.
The problem was in power supply, now is ok, and problems persist without probes ( for Ch A and Ch B) and manual.
Wavetek description for probe is: Power sensor with dual balanced, zero bias, low barrier schottky diodes.
I cannot find original probes, but I will make probe, I have some experience with GHz milivoltmeter probes (HP3406A , TF2603 Marconi).
System have message : Absent probe, and probes is detected with 3 pins of microcontroller 87c196 on AD board.
I need service manual or the schematic diagram for original Wavetek probe.
Any help and advice is welcome.

Van egy TR-5270- D030 tipusú frekvenciamérőm aminél az a hiba hogy kettő kijelző csőben minden szám világit nagyon valószinű hogy a SN74141 vagy SN7490 IC-k közül lehetnek a hibásak de hogy tudom meg hogy melyik ? Azért érdekes mert a kicserélése nem egy egyszerű feladat , vagy valóban mind a kettőt cserélni kell ?

Régóta használok egy Sanwa PC5000 tipusú kézi műszert nagy megelégedéssel. Van már újabb verziója a gyártónak PC7000 néven. Ezt a tipust itthon 200000Ft fölött árulják. Japánból ebay- en megrendelve az ár 60-80000Ft
plusz majd gondolom áfa még rájön. Ugy tudom a kéziműszerre nincs vám de ez nem biztos.
Kérdésem érdemes e kintről rendelni? A helyi garancia nem érdekes, mert stabil a cucc, nem aggódom meghibásodás miatt. Inkább azon agyalok nem e valami a szalagról leesett tűrésen kivüli eszköz e? Van tapasztalatok műszereknél ekkora árkülönbséggel kapcsolatban?

Üdv Mindenkinek,
Egy ECM 3-as ESR mérő IC-je valószínű megadta magát. Hitelesítés üzemmódban "ERROR"-t ír ki és mérés üzemmódban nem mér semmit.
Van valakinek ilyen IC-je?
A hitelesítés menete is érdekelne.
