Üdv , hoztak egy ilyen márkájú monitort , az a problémája ,hogy a menű jó , a megjelenített kép hoki , másik kijelzővel is ugyan ezt csinálja , még nem próbáltam rá másik vezérlőt , de felrakom ide , legyen min csámcsogni , csatolok képet is.

A kezeim közé került a címben említett monitor a se kép se hang jelenséggel. Tápban a 400V-os pufferkondi felpúposodva, két biztosíték elpusztulva és a PWM IC szétdurranva (felismerhetetlen). Vagy én vagyok vak vagy a szervizdoksiban nincsen említve az IC1. Valami 5 lábú TO220-as tokozású csoda ez és a HQ videoban samsung power IC-re keresve van is hasonló, de több fajtája létezik. Valakinek van valami ötlete, hogy pontosan mi lehet ez?

A képen csak az egyik oldala van.
A piros nyíllal jelölt FET elfüstölt benne, de rondán. Az aktív kapcsoló elem a két tranzisztor (Q12,Q13). AZ IC 7-es lába a kimenet, a 6-os "Output 1 dead time/soft start setting" néven fut.
Miért van bent az a FET, mire jó? Próbálok rájönni mi az, ami miatt bekerült. Elég izmos. Elsőre azt gondoltam, hogy valamiféle engedélyező, de nem látom mi vezérli és milyen mechanizmussal.

Hoztak egy kijelzőt, a háttérvilágítás FET-je tönkrement. 9001 y6k5fe a jelölés a led driver IC-n, kimenete egy 19N10-es fet, dióda, tekercs, kondi.
A FET 100V 15A. Ezt indokolatlannak tartom, próba erejéig egy 2SK2865 600V 2A-es fettel elindítottam, ment.
Milyen fetek szoktak lenni ekkora monitorokban?
