Segítségeteket szeretném kérni, hogy mivel tudnám helyettesíteni az NCE7190 FET-et? Egy 24-230V-os inverterben kellene cserélni, belecsöppent egy kis folyadék és eldurrant benne. Az adatlapját megtaláltam, de itthon nem forgalmaznak ilyen alkatrészt.

A lángérzékelő elektróda már cserélve lett, de ugyanaz....
Hidegen elindul, megy egy darabig, aztán dobálja ezeket a hibákat és már melegen nem is indul el......
Az elkokat, meg a gyanus PP kondikat átmértem benne.
Mi lehet?

ismeri valaki a NICE FL04 (4csat-fix kód) és a NICE RFL04 (4csat-ugrókód) távikat???
sajnos lekopott róla a felirat-belül pedig csak a panel van-amiben egy proci van a köv felirattal:
XH36AB NICE FR01
hoztak egyet javításra-beázott-kimostam, átforrasztottam, már müxik-villog és frekit is ad ki,visszaadtam-de a tulaj szerint nem működteti a kapukat...
meglehet igy határozni a tipusát??
