Hello, does anybody has a hint for me and/or schematic for the Hisense RSAG7.820.12363 mainboard?

Issue TV : no startup, from standby,  red led TV flashes continuously, remote checked, no component, connector, solder joint  seems visual defect, no hot spot with IR camera, guess power supply or safty circuit defect.

Dear all,

this TV, Hisense H60N5705 installed in a conference room, turns off automatically a few minutes after being switched on.

The problem started to occur suddenly, during a video conference. It was switched on with the remote control, continued to work for a while and then switched off again.

The room technician changed the power cable (?), the HDMI cable (??) but the problem of course remained.

I asked if it changes anything by connecting the TV to another source but, even if it is left on the OSD menu, it stays on for a few minutes and then switches off.

So they took the TV (a 60’ which is not easy to handle) to the lab and asked me to check it.

I still have to open it up, but I don't have the schematic diagrams and should proceed by trial and error, although I imagine a problem with the power supply stage.

How do you suggest I proceed, since I don't do TV but RF ?
