Sziasztok!
Adott egy HP Laserjet 9500hdn nagyteljesítményű színes lézer nyomtató. Egyik nap még működött, majd másnap bekapcsolás után már nem indult el. Világít az előlapon a kijelző háttérvilágítása, de nem jelenik meg rajta semmi és folyamatosan világít az alatta lévő 3 led is. Alaplap, vagy firmware hibára gyanakszom. A firmware egy 32MB-os CF kártyán van rajta és az alaplapon lévő egyik slotba van bedugva. Kártyaolvasóval próbáltam olvasni, de semmit sem látok. Nyilván valami speciális fájlrendszer lehet rajta. Kérdésem az lenne, hogy van-e valakinek ilyen kártyája működő firmware-rel, vagy tudna-e nekem ebben segíteni, na meg hogy jó helyen keresgélek-e, vagy pedig felejtős a történet?

Hp 1020-as nyomtatóm szellemképesen nyomtat.Gondolom a toner okozza.Tanácsot szeretnék kérni,hogyan javítható a probléma?

A fenti nyomtató tintapatron csere után is kifogyást jelez és csak feketében hajlandó nyomtatni és fénymásolni. Lehet ezeken a framewart cserélni és hogyan? Vagy van reset lehetőség?
