Üdvözlet mindenkinek.Ezzel a nyomtatóval az a gond,hogy a nyomtatófej pozicionálása közben mindig nekicsapódik a bal oldalnak a fej és kiírja hogy a fej akadályoztatva van.Teljesen szétszedtem,de a hiba nincs meg.Más fórumokon olvastam hogy állítólag a fej hátulján van egy érzékelő,ami érzékeli a fej helyzetét úgy hogy valamilyen műanyag lapon lévő kódot olvas.Ennek a hátulján van egy érzékelő,ami folyamatosan pirosan világít.Ugyan olyan,mint ami az egyik tengely oldalán lévő műanyag tárcsát ellenőrzi.De ez között nincs semmi,amit beellenőrizhetne.Talán hiányzik belőle valami?Aki találkozott már ilyennel,kérem segítsen.Előre is köszi.

Egy agybeteg nyomtatóban szeretnék firmwart cserélni. A gép csak egy példányt nyomtat mindig de azt jól, hibát nem jelez, következő nyomtatási parancsra is egyet nyomtat. Egy másik ugyan ilyen nyomtatóval jól megy a rendszer. Szeretném a progiát lecserélni. Usb csatlakozása van. HP nál még nem csináltam ezért kérném a tanácsotokat. Hol találok firmwart és hogyan kell rá feltölteni.
