A fent említett dióda helyettesítését szeretném megtudni, mert nem találtam róla semmi infót. SM10 83A ennyi van ráírva, kicsit nagyobb darabb Kb: 7*8mm, ha valaki tudna segíteni, nagyon megköszönném.
Tablet és GPS bontásból elvihető hangszórók. Kép szerint. Személyes átvétel majosháza Dunaharaszti

Egy barátom bízott meg a feladattal. Mondván, nem világít. Tényleg nem, a diódája zárlatos. Áramfelvétele 100mA körül mozog. A holmin egyetlen, szám, betű nincs. Szétszedéséhez kérnék segítséget. Köszönöm a figyelmet!

Segítséget kérnék egy alkatrész beazonosításában.
Van egy címbeli mikroszkópom ami 5-12v táppal működik.
Nem tudom mi történt vele, egyszer csak nem kapcsolt be. Szétszedtem és el van durranva egy smd alkatrész.
A jelzése"CWAA"
Nem igazán sikerül beazonosítani.
Jó lenne beszerzési forrás hozzá.
