Sziasztok!
Adott egy fenti kis TV. Tápot ráadva a LED világít, gombnyomásra indul, mert villog. De kép nincs.
Ezt követően a gombra sem reagál, csak tápelvétellel lehet újra kezdeni.
A belső tápfeszek rendben. 12V, 3.3V, 1.2V stb.
A kijelző LED-jeinek a háttér villanyt a bekapcsoláskor fellöki 50V környékére, majd szépen ejti le egészen 19V-ig, ott is tartja.
Ez egy fényes kijelzős vacak, semmit nem látok a LED-ek állapotából. Szétszedni sem lehet, mert ragasztott kijelző. (Innolux V236BJ1-LE2 C)

Segítséget kérek egy fent említett LCD táp javításához.
A tápegység működik, de a PFC áramkör nem, a puffer 320V.
A táp panel száma: EAY4050500; LG37-08H.
A PFC IC típusát nagy nehezen sikerült leolvasni SG6961ZS. Ennek az IC-nek az adatlapja megvan, de az azon levő applikáció, nagyon nem hasonlít a modulon levő kapcsoláshoz.
Ha volna ilyen rajza valakinek, bizonyára sokat segítene.

A hibát a PFC (SG6961ZS) IC hideg-forrasztása okozta, a puffer feszültség 389V lett.

A sorvégtranyó kap vezérlést. + - 14V,28V megvan. Képcső nem fűt, nagyfesz nincs, 200V csak 165V sorvágtáp jó.
Első felindulásból cseréltem sorkimenőt, de nem oldódott meg a probléma. A 200Vos ágat ha lekötöm akkor sem változik a 165V.Találkoztatok már ilyen problémával? Köszönöm a segítségeteket: Vasmacska
