Dear community,

Please help me solving my issue with my LG OLED55CX3LA TV.

I have this TV since 3 years, never had an issue, until last month, when It suddenly start to freeze. It stuck on white/ or in currently displayed picture, got some pitching noise, and 5-6 seconds later the TV shuts off by itself.

The solution so far is to restart it by the power button, or the power socket, within 10 seconds.

The problem occurs very rarely, sometimes early morning, sometimes 2 days without problems. I have played some HDR videos continuously, with no problems.

I have read about these issues on LG OLED, and most of the cases were caused by overheat of the main processor.
Also read about thermal paste. I have opened my TV and yes, thermal paste was hard as rock.

I have cleaned the processor carefully, and used profesional thermo paste, but that does not solve the problem, unfortunately.
Also, I have done hard reset, used latest firmware update, tried without HDMI inputs, but the problems still persist.

As the problem is not coming very often, I am in research of the correct solution.

I was read that the main board can be used from different LG OLED TVs, and even can get a better processor, kinda upgrade.


Give me please your opinion and advice what is the best solution.

A fenti tv az alábbi hibát produkálja.
A külső tápegység áram aláhelyezve a tv bekapcsolható, minden tökéletesen működik rajta.
Standby-ba kapcsolás után távval ill. kezelő gombbal nem indítható, csak ha a hálózatból kihúzták és visszadugták.
Próbáltam az alaplapot melegíteni és hűteni,de semmi.
Készenlétben világít a piros led.
Alaplap: EAX 66826106 (1.0)

Merre keresgéljek.

Sziasztok,
Sajnos tv javításban nincs tapasztalatom,ezért szeretnék kérni némi iránymutatást.
A fenti tv kép sötét,elmondás szerint néha viszont akár napokig is működik hibátlanul aztán megint sötét...
Minden bemenetről ugyanez, a képernyő megvilágítás ok,kép 0,hang ok.
Előre is köszönöm...
És tényleg,őszintén...tv eddig sajnos 0 tapasztalat...

Adott a cimben szereplo TV.Kikapcsolas utan , torlodik minden programozasa , ujra kell programozni , nyelv , orszag , hangolas stb....Kikapcsolas mindegy hogy tortenik (taviranyito,sajat kezeloszervek vagy halozatbol valo teljes aramtalaniyas.).Mar regebben (evek) volt egy ilyen hibaja,akkor usb-n keresztul att lett irva a softwareje es mukodott.Majd kivontak a "forgalombol" hosszabb idore es a napokban ujra akartak hasznalni.Es ujra "felejt",masodperces kikapcsolas utan is.Nagy valoszinuseggel ki kellene cserelni a memoria chippet is ami szamomra (felszereltseg hianya es memoria programozo hianya miatt) kivitelezhetetlen.Ezert keresek egy kedves Kollegat ha lehet Budapesten , aki terites elleneben , meg tudna oldani a hibat.A baratom fia Pesten lakik , o el tudna vinni az alaplapot
