I'm new here and wanted to ask you all if anyone knows why my TV might be losing its backlight.
This is what happens.
I'm watching TV and suddenly it just goes black. If I try to reboot my TV it won't show any backlight, but if I wait a couple of hours, the backlight works, but for a short time (5 to 15 minutes). The longer i leave it off, the longer it works.
Hi everybody, my first post here.
I've found on this site many information and the service manual about the TV in subject, but I stumbled upon a strange issue.
I repaired the earphone socket (pic attached) that had been stripped away and now the TV doesn't power on, it only gives a short beep when you touch the power on button and nothing happens using the remote. I checked the usual things (audio paths, cracked solderings, damaged tracks, power supply, power rails), but I cannot found what's wrong.
Any idea/clue on what to (double) check this time?

Az alábbi gondban vagyok:
A képen függőlegesen megjelenik egy széles esetenként dupla széles sáv, ahol a kép hibásan jelenik meg.
A számomra az az érdekes hogy a képernyőn a "teli" színek hibátlannak tűnnek.
Pl. Kék, zöld, sárga, piros..
Viszont a teli fehér esetében már nem ez a helyzet...
Akkor szemmel látható a hiba.
Ha nem csak teli fehér, hanem a képen látható függőleges vonalakkal megspékelem, az adott részen a szín is megváltozik, és dupla széles lesz a sáv.
Ez a hiba előjött, majd fél napra eltűnt és minden rendben volt.
Most néha jó, de csak max 1 percig, és azután újra ez a hiba.
Van valakinek ötlete hol keressem a hibát?

üdv: a gyerekek vettek egy LG 42B650V tip televíziót.
A hangot a SCART-ról kivezetve erősítőre kötve hallgatják(scart-RCA kábel)
Internetre állítva nincs hang ezen a kimeneten
Van a hátulján optikai kimenet, ehhez kellene egy átalakító( de milyen?), csak kérdés, hogy netről lesz-e hang.
Van valakinek ilyen irányű tapasztalata?
