Segítséget kérek egy fent említett LCD táp javításához.
A tápegység működik, de a PFC áramkör nem, a puffer 320V.
A táp panel száma: EAY4050500; LG37-08H.
A PFC IC típusát nagy nehezen sikerült leolvasni SG6961ZS. Ennek az IC-nek az adatlapja megvan, de az azon levő applikáció, nagyon nem hasonlít a modulon levő kapcsoláshoz.
Ha volna ilyen rajza valakinek, bizonyára sokat segítene.

A hibát a PFC (SG6961ZS) IC hideg-forrasztása okozta, a puffer feszültség 389V lett.

Adott a témában szereplő mindössze 3 éves tv, éppen lejárt a gari róla. Még nincs nálam, de azt a hibát produkálja, hogy bekapcsolás után elindul a háttér, de nincs kép, majd valamennyi idő után megjön a kép és utána működik tökéletesen, akár egy napig is ha be van kapcsolva folyamatosan, de kikapcsolás után újra ezt csinálja. Kezdődő kijelző zárlat, vagy mi okozhatja ezt?

Ki -be kapcsolható, de a logoig jut csak.
