Hi all,
I see in various Sony documentation a term called "special PAL signal" or "Ant Pal signal". It is used to calibrate the color decoder. The signal is supposed to be available from a signal generator (exact model never referenced).
I have a Leader 404 PAL pattern generator. While not the most complicated, it is one of the industry standard machine. Also I don't remember seeing a fuction like special-pal in more expensive generators.
Can someone explain what this signal is, and what generator is known to produce this signal? Thanks!
Attached are waveforms and description shown in service manuals, from PVM9220 and 1440 respectively.

Adott egy 24"Samsung monitor,minden frankó vele egy dolgot kivéve:A képernyö jobb alsó részén tenyérnyi helyen halványabb a kép,mintha "füstös" lenne vagy gyengébben világitana a háttér..
Mi okozhatja ezt??

A fenti monitorral a következő problémáim vannak. Az egyik trafó meghajtó fetjei (C5707) cseréje után elindult, de nem lehetett a fényerőt levenni megfelelő szintre. 2-3 nap múlva ismét tönkre mentek, melegedést nem tapasztaltam. A javításában jártas kollégákat kérdem van -e valami amit még cserélni kell, a fetekkel, vagy esetleg a trafó hibás. Köszönöm.

Az asztali gépemen Samsung SyncMaster 940N monitort használok.A gép bekapcsolásakor rögtön indul,követhető a BIOS futása és a Windows betöltése.Folyamatosan jól működik.Kaptam egy LG Flatron W2234S monitort.Vele az a gondom,hogy csak a Windows betöltése közben kapcsol be,ezután folyamatosan jól működik.Másik két gépen kipróbálva ugyanez a probléma.A VGA és a DVI kimeneten ugyanez a helyzet.A másik két gépen is jól indulnak az LCD monitorok.(Videoseven és LG)
