Lenne egy ilyen ketyerém.
Kapacitásban jól mér , de az ESR-ben rossz értéket mutat pl . 1000u új kondi 2-3R,
47u 10-25R. Kalibrálás után 200-300mR mutat az összezárt mérővezeték Átforrasztottam az egészet, de nem ok.
Mi lehet? Kösz.

Hoztak hozzám egy HAINA típusú önbeálló szintező lézert.
A táp részét sikerült megjavítanom, de a szintezést vezérlő rész nem működik annak ellenére, hogy az IC-je megkapja az 5 V-os tápot. Sajnos erről az IC-ről a felirat le van dörzsölve, így nem tudom beazonosítani. 4 vékony zománcozott huzal megy a komplett szintezőblokkra (Vcc, H, V1,V2).
Mi lehet ennek az IC-nek a típusa, illetve milyen elven működik ennek a szintezőnek a motor és lézer vezérlése?
