Tisztelt Kollégák!
Egy SAMICK SMP-800 keverő-erősítő került hozzám. Mindkét oldali végfok leégett (hangszóró vezeték zárlat),jó néhány helyen elszenesedett a panel is. Jól jönne egy kapcsolási rajz. Ha valakinek van, kérem segítsen! Előre is köszönöm.

Az egyik munkám során több száz CATV végfok IC-t kell beszerelnem és mérnem.
A hőelvezetéssel kapcsolatban lenne két kérdésem:
1. Én régebben hangfrekvenciás végfokok esetében és CATV végfok IC-k esetében is sima szilikonzsírt használtam az IC és a hűtőborda közé. Most előírt a hővezető paszta használata. Mennyivel jobb ez az anyag a szilikonzsírnál? Az biztos, hogy lényegesen többe kerül.
2. 600 db IC esetén kb. mennyi hővezető paszta szükséges? Van valakinek ezzel kapcsolatos tapasztalata? A CATV végfok IC képét mellékeltem. Nem pontosan ez az IC lesz, de a méret azonos.

Sziasztok!
Ennek a gépnek az a hibája, hogy nem veszi be a lemezt, a mechanikát már átnéztem, de nem találtam problémát. Ha benne marad a lemez, áram alá helyezve kiadja azt, de be már nem. Külső táppal meghajtva a motort beviszi, és ki is adja a lemezt. A meghajtó icénél mértem 5V-ot, és 3V-ot, de mit kellene még ellenőrizni?
Keresem a Philips 22rc200 gyári Peugeot autórádió Sm -ét.
és hogy ne írjak mégegyet MANIAC SOUND SYSTEM MNC INNOCD sm-ét is!
