Elakadtam egy inverter board javításában, mert nem tudom, mit tegyek bele FET-nek :)
HPC-1655E, vagy más néven HIU-813-S névre hallgat. A gépben 2 van, az egyik a Master, ez a Slave. BD9897FS a meghajtó, 4 SMD FET van benne, ebből 2 zárlatos. Az IC 20 Ohm-on keresztül hajtja a FET-eket. Gyárilag 1H36SD a felirat, de adatlapot nem lelek hozzá, nem hogy FET-et :)
ebay-en van javító KIT, ami tartalmaz egy drivert, meg FET-eket, de egyik KIT sem ilyen FET-et tartalmaz, hanem 2SK4075, vagy FDD8447L és hasonlók. Ez egy 32" TV invertere. Mit tegyek ide? Jobb volna valami itthon is beszerezhető, polcról cucc, nem egzotikus valami.
Javított már valaki ilyen board-ot? IC meg szokott kamparodni benne? A FET-ek gate fele nem drótok, 80 Ohm körüliek, a 20Ohm-ok nem szakadtak meg, nem égtek meg...

Kaptam egy ilyen tv-t hibásan. A Táp panelon van egy 8 lábú IC, ami ledobta a tetejét. Próbálkoztam a guglival, de semmit nem találtam hozzá.

Kellene egy jó mentés ehhez a szutyokhoz.
Sassis pt 90 ennyit találtam a hátsó címkén.
51 centis sík képcsöves.
Jelenség:Nincs kép hang,on screen van,AV-ről tökéletes.
Az adókat látom hogy megtalálná,de mikor hangolódik először nincs semmilyen szinkron mikor pedig rááll a jó frekire olyan mintha AV-n lenne,és kiírja hogy nincs jel.
Cserélve:stv2246,St195C7B1/MIF,Hullámszűrő,Tuner.
Ebben a vert TDA1771.
Memóriát többet írtam bele,helyzet változatlan.
Az eepromon a címkén 744 ilyet sajnos nem találtam sehol sem.Aki tud kérem segítsen.
