Fenti tv-nek az HFB felső kapacitív tagja (C430/681), szétégett.
Az ettől létrejövő nagy HFB impulzus az (R420/10k) utáni két nagyon jó minőségű (D520;D521/ 4148) vágódiódát nem tudta tönkre tenni.
Az 5V-os táp felé kinyitott D520 "picit megemelhette" az 5V-os tápot, így a prociba akkora feszültség csusszant bele, hogy annak a normálist meghaladó mértékű felvett árama szénné tudta égetni a R420/10k ellenállást is.
Mivel ez így megégett, elképzelni tudom csak, hogy a processzorban előforduló P-N átmenetek milyen állapotban vannak.
Ha valamelyikőtöknek van ilyen, egy nagy csomó, egészséges P-N átmenetet tartalmazó tokja, örömmel venném. A gazdája nem különben.
Ezt a Herculest úgy hívják hogy: TDA12021H1/N1001, de ugyan ez előfordul TDA12021H1/N1/D01, és TDA12021H1/N1/F01 néven is.

Sziasztok!
Adott ez a készülék. Bekapcsoláskor a relék behúznak egy pillanatra, majd el is engednek. A zöld LED villog egy darabig majd átvált pirosra ami 7-et villog.
Milyen hibakód ez és mi lehet a probléma?

I have a Panasonic TH-48LFE8E display in at the moment.
The standby (red) LED does not come on when the power is connected and the unit is not responsive to the remote control.
However when the power button is pressed on the set the green power on LED lights, but there is no backlight or other signs of activity on the LCD.
I have tried to obtain a service manual but apparently they are no longer available?
I have not repaired many Panasonic units and if any one can help it would be appreciated

Made some good progress, but there seems to be a sync problem.
