Nagyon nem kedvelem a plazmákat, mégis egy ilyet javítanék. Ismerősöm elmondás szerint, (miután hozzá került) egyszer beindult, többé soha. Átmérve hamar kiderült, nem dolgozik a PFC. Most már stabil 400v megvan. Bekapcsolást követően minden feszültség megjön, majd kb. 2 másodperc után kikapcsol és 11 villogás... elvileg ez ha jól tudom ventilátor (meg sem moccannak) hibára utalna. Minden a négy kifogástalan, nem szorul. Külső tápról 12 volton 60mA az áramfelvétel. Próbáltam lekövetni miként is vezérelné őket, de elakadtam. Lenne valakinek tippje mi lehet a gond, vagy tévútra vittem magam ezzel a venti dologgal?

Kedves kollégák!
A távkapcsoló szétszedése után, meglepődve láttam, hogy a nyák és a gumilap között valami zsír szerű anyag van.
Ez gyári állapot?
Mi ez, egyszerű szilikonzsír, vagy valami egyedi cucc?
Vagy esetleg egyszerűen beleöntöttek valamit?
Elég siralmas állapotban van az egész távkapcsoló, ezért szeretném átmosni alkohollal, de ha ez a kenőcs gyári megoldás, valamivel pótolnom kell.

Made some good progress, but there seems to be a sync problem.

This elderly monster arrived with the error “ 4 blinks “ which the manual suggests is a power board fault
There are TWO power boards and a standby power board inside
On removing rear cover there were two swollen 220uf caps on the standby board, sadly replacing them the 4 blinks remained
Swapping the two power boards over[ as they look identical , gives a “ 2 Blink “ error , the limited info in the manual suggesting that the fault is on the lower board [ main 2 ]
Both boards have a PFC voltage of around 380 volts at switch on before the relays click out
I have done cold checks on both boards and there are no obvious differences
As the manual has only a block diagram of the power supply it’s difficult to be sure of values / voltages
Has anybody seen or worked one of these or similar beasts and managed to diagnose the problem
