Sikerült kibontanom a gyantából az elektronikát (megmelegítettem hőlégfúvóval, és nagyon jól felpuhult), és visszarajzoltam a kapcsolást.
Az IC-n csak egy szám volt, nem típusjelzés. Én valami mikrokontrollerre tippelnék. 5V-os zener van a tápján, megkapja a hálózatról a nullátmenetet, figyeli a motoráramot és a motorra kimenő feszültséget. PIC programozóval még nem próbáltam kiolvasni, bár ha az is, biztos védett a tartalom, különben kiderülne, hogy elért egy bizonyos üzemórát....

Címben említett kisgép 20V-os aksiról üzemelne,ha működne.Aksi hibátlan,másik gépben működik.A kapcsolóig feszültség megvan,viszont keresztül rajta semmi sem mérhető.Kapcsolóra gyanakodtam,viszont a gép vezérlése mégis érzékeli a motort,mert moci nélkül a panelon semmilyen visszajelzés nincs a sebességről,fékről. Majd a panelen matatva hibás alkatrészt is találtam. Típusa: 076R5NT. TO220-as tokozású.Nem sok infót találtam róla,helyettesítőt meg pláne. Valakinek ötlete esetleg?

Fenti hőlégfúvó üzemi hőmérsékletet nem éri el sem 1es, sem 2es fokozatban. Rámérve majd 200 Celsius fokkal marad el a névlegestől (350 ill. 550 fok).
