Van nálam egy 4x250w-os autós végfok javításon.
A márka és típus most lényegtelen.
Az egyik csatornánál elszálltak a komplementer tranzisztorok (páros).
Eredetileg ezek voltak benne:
2SC5198 140V 10A 100W NPN
2SA1941 140V 10A 100W PNP
OK, találtam hozzájuk hivatalos helyettesítőt a neten, de nálunk a boltban nem beszerezhetőek.
De van nekem itthon:
2SC5200 230V 15A 150W NPN
2SA1943 230V 15A 150W PNP
Ezek jók lehetnek-e még helyettesítőknek.
Teljesítmény szempontjából BIZTOS, hogy jók!
Csak az egyéb paraméterek...
Úgy összességében csak megerősítést szeretnék kapni.
