A vízpumpa jó, külön 230V-al kipróbálva, egy BT168GWF smd tirisztor (600V/1A) kapcsolná be, ezt dióda teszteren mérve 2.1V (K-G) gondoltam ez a rossz beraktam C106M (TO-126) tirisztort de a pumpán 110V AC-t mérek (? vagy téves  a mérésem) és nem muködik, beraktam próbára triakot is de akkor 0V van a pumpán és a Gate-n is 0V, elôtte sajnos nem mértem meg a tirisztor gate-jét.

Van benne egy "Water Level Sensor" ami 1 vezetékes, ezt nem is tudom hogyan muködik mihez mér mit 1 dróttal !! A tartály le van földelve. Ez a vezeték 1kV-os kék kerámia kondin meg több száz kiloohmos ellenálásokon a procira. Ha lehuzom a vizszint mérôt nem változik semmi, ha a vezetékét a földhöz érintem akkor sem. Kiszedni a szondát nem bírom, a 12-es villáskulcs már le is kerekítette a hatszöget, valami menetragasztóval be van ragasztva, ez fölött egy 10-es anya van ezt ki bírtam csavarni és egy sárga réz pálca teflon csôben van ott, kihuzni nem bírom mert a vége bütykös.

A szondán 40V AC-t mérek.. (?! de szerintem csak a kabel vesz fel ennyi zajt)
A melegítô nem zárlatos a házra, ha vizet öntök a bojlerba akkor a vasaló mukodik (a pumpán kivül) míg el nem fogy a víz. Hibajelzés nincs.
Oszciloszkóppal nem szeretném a hálózati fázist mérni.

Miért nem muködik a pumpa ?  Nem érzékeli hogy nincs víz a bojlerben ? Szenzor hiba, proci hiba ? Vagy valami feltétel kell még hozzá ?
Philips-esek sosem tudtak normális dolgot készíteni..

Hope I've selected the right forum, I don't speak Hungarian! I have a Philips shaver HP5847 in which I was replacing the rechargeable battery. Unfortunately while trying to fit it (with long tags attached) something must have shorted out while I was turning the shaver around and it suddenly stopped working (the motor had initially immediately started running as I inserted the pre-charged battery pack). I found the Service Manual on this site but unfortunately there are no component values shown on the schematic. It was helpful to see the circuit diagram and I noted a (small-value) resistor R20 in series with the motor (for load current-sensing). I found no conductivity through it, so I shorted that out and miraculously the motor started working! I checked out the data sheet for the SAA1500T charge controller but other than confirming my understanding of the function of the resistor gave no help in working out what kind of value I should replace it with... I guess it's a function of the actual motor parameters. I imagine it is going to be of the order of 1 Ohm or less but this type of surface mount resistor does not appear to have a value marking on it unlike the other components on the PCB. Can anyone suggest a value for R20 please?

A hálózati adapternek a kábele valahol a DC dugó előtt szakadt, egyetlen problémám az, hogy sehol sem látom a weben, hogy ilyen dugót még árulnának valahol. A dugó abban tér el a hagyományos DC dugótól, hogy a hossza nem 14mm hanem 20mm: 2.1 x 5.5 x 20mm Tudnátok nekem javasolni valamilyen módszert amivel ezt a dugót újra feltudnám használni miután levágtam a vezetékből kb. 10 cm-t? (vagy esetleg tudtok valakit aki árul ilyen dugót?) Üdv, Géza
