RGB 5050 LED sor futófény driver

Szép estét Mindenkinek!
Egy 3méteres RGB 5050 három kivezetéses LED sor került hozzám javításra. A sor elején található egy pici driver (a mellékelt kép) amin egy 78L05, egy kerámia SMD kondi, egy SMD ellenállás, és egy jelölés nélküli SO8 tokozású IC van. A drivert egy 60 diódából álló RGB 5050 sorra kapcsolva az alábbi linken látható effekteket képes produkálni :

Szükségem lenne egy ilyen driverre. Sajnos sem a szakboltok, sem a Vatera hirdetések között, sem az eBay kínálatában nem találok ilyet. Mivel a nyolc lábú SMD IC tipusa nem ismert, utánépíteni nem tudom. Ha valakinek a témával kapcsolatban van kapcsolási rajza, netán készen tudna segíteni ilyen driverrel, köszönettel venném. KAON K-E2220CO tudja e az MPEG4-et?

A kábelszolgáltató értesitett,hogy a 08 24-től az MPEG2-ről átáll az MPEG4-re.Mivel én még mindig egy régi Panasonic TV-t használok ezért kell a digitális kábelvevő.Nem találtam adatot arról,hogy a cimbeli beltéri tudhat e MPEG4 formátumot.Egyébként is tudatlan vagyok atémában.Aki tud erről a beltériről az kérem segitsen.
Ha ez a doboz kuka és valakinek van a sufniban használható MPEG4-et tudó beltéri az is érdekelne,mert az öreg tv-t nem szeretném kidobni.
