A Táp jele. R84.194R-5 /Az R84.194R-3-s nem egyezik meg./
A készenléti tápon lévő IC1004-es pozicióban tlálható IC tipusa kellene /nem FSD200-as/
Sajnos a teteje lerepült. Ez ez BEKÓ-panel.

Szükségem lenne a tárgyban említett N-csatornás Power MOSFET alkatrészre. Egy plasma tv-ben dobta el magát.

Tud valaki beszerzési forrást hozzá, esetleg helyettesítőt?

A fenti Tv bekapcsolásakor a készenléti led négyet villog majd kialszik.
Készenlét van, a tápok mérésre jók.
A kérdésem mit jelent a villogás, merre keressem a hibát.

Tárgybeli plazma tv. tápegység hibás. LC4.9EAA sasszival szerelt, de a táp az samsung benne.
A táp típusa:LJ44-0010C. Kb. 100MB doksim van erről a készülékről, de a tápról csak javítási tippek. Rossz benne a ZD8230 zener és az IC8016P ic, amin ennyi van 1207P és alatta CPEY0605G. Nem tudom mi lehet a teljes jelzés. Ez egyébként egy smps kontroller nyolc lábbal dip tokban. A zeneren D2E jel van, de az egy shotky dioda az smd kódkönyv szerint. Vagy az is lehet, hogy a ZD jelölés ellenére nem zener?
Lenne ötlete valakinek? Köszönöm.
