Samsung PS50B430 készülékben rendeltem az ebay-ról a fenti jelzésű tranzisztorokat (5db), de az LCR-T3-as műszerem nem ismeri fel egyiket sem, pontosabban az 1-3 láb között kondinak ismeri fel ESR 17 ohm és 3300 pf értékkel. Kérdésem hogy ettől még jó lehet vagy meg se próbáljam beépíteni?
A másik tranzisztor (igbt) a 30f123-ból szintén 5 db-ot rendeltem, abból 2 db-t felismer (N_E_MOS) ezért gondolom hogy a többi esetleg rossz lehet.
Kicseréltem őket de eddig nem indítottam a tv-t.
