Helló ! Kezembe akadt egy karcmentes műanyag téglatest, aminek van két lemez kivezetése. A felirata: "Tungsram EP101". Megmértem egy diódamérés funkcióval és mindkét irányban kb. 300mV nyitófeszültséget mutat, ellenállásmérésnél pedig kb. 1,4 kOhm az ellenállása. Ez micsoda ?
A másik alkatrészt nem fotóztam le, mivel pontosan úgy néz ki, mint egy fekete, műanyag, TO-92-es tokozású tranzisztor, csak két lába van. Erről nem találtam semmit a neten. Megmérni sehogy sem mértem, mivel akár ki is nyírhatom egy méréssel (lévén, hogy nem tudom, hogy ez mi). A típusa "TP102F". Ez micsoda ?
És a bonus track: találtam egy 1N938 típusú diódát, ami elég érdekesen viselkedik. Ez egy 9V-os Zener-dióda. A viselkedése pedig úgy néz ki, hogy nyitóirányban semmit nem tudok vele kezdeni, a DVM nem mér semmit. Záróirányban viszont pontosan úgy viselkedik, ahogy kell. 8.55V-nál kezd szabályozni, ahogy az adatlapjában benne van. Miért nem lehet mérni őkelmét nyitóirányban ? Valami különleges a felépítése ?

Esetleg a fent nevezet csodához lenne e valakinek rajza mert a változatosság kedvéért ebből is hiányzik pár dolog (pl. a táp Fett)Tehát itt is a táp része érdekelne ha meg van valakinek.
